Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

Using clear and well-defined data, HRA monitors the effectiveness of ongoing wellness programs in order to evaluate the health status of each employee.

Know Your Numbers Evaluation

Doctors at the LEAP Center provide 24/7 health advice and support to employees. They evaluate your numbers such as;

  • Body Mass Index (BMI),
  • Blood Pressure,
  • Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Trigliserid),
  • Blood Sugar,

providing relevant information, and, if necessary, refer the employee to an expert or clinic.


Feelings of well-being and fitness are indispensable for both work productivity and quality of life. With this in mind, we provide programs for supporting employees in stress management and healthy sleep, as well as for creating awareness in the workforce.

Counseling for Stress Management

The loss in productivity due to anxiety, stress, and related disorders is equivalent to about 25 workdays per person per year. (American Psychological Association, 2009)

LEAP Healthy Sleep Counseling for Employees

Sleep problems affect approximately 23% of all workers, resulting in lost productivity and serious increase in errors and accidents. Research shows that about 90% of people experiences sleep disturbance problems at some point in their lives while about one third suffers from persistent insomnia. (National Sleep Foundation, 2012)
