LEAP Research and Assessment Unit is established to provide scientific and reliable measurement tools and analyses for businesses and the business world. Qualitative and quantitative data derived from business processes are used to generate corporate reports to be delivered to Human Resources on a regular basis.
A needs analysis is conducted based on the corporate reports and meetings with Human Resources. Additionally, employee demands are determined via surveys and clinical psychologists reach out to the employees via town hall meetings. These data are used to prepare the training materials. LEAP team uses their knowledge base and experience in psychology to propose solutions custom tailored to company needs.
